To provide a supporting bracket capable of supporting hang bolts with different diameters, without hindering mounting such as of a cable tube, a cable and lighting equipment.

This supporting bracket has a connecting portion, a first plate portion integrally provided on one end of the connecting portion and a second plate portion integrally provided on the other end of a connecting plate portion in substantially parallel to the first plate portion, and is fixed to a separate object by pinching the separate object between a distal end of a fastening bolt screwed in a threaded hole of the first plate portion and a side plate portion integrally erected on the first plate portion side from both sides in the width direction of the second plate portion, and supports an upper end of the hang bolt by a mounting hole of the second plate portion. The mounting hole is formed in a configuration which allows insertion of a head portion of a flange nut in the plate thickness direction of the second plate portion in an irrotational manner.
