PURPOSE: To improve deburring efficiency by providing a holder which rotates together with an elastic member to the tip of a drive shaft and supporting the cutter to the holder.
CONSTITUTION: The drive shaft 1 is installed to an arm 2 of a numerically controlled deburring robot. The elastic member 4 is disposed to the outer side of the tip of the drive shaft 2 and the holder 5 which compresses and oscillates the elastic member 4 is disposed to the outer side thereof. Further, the holder 5 fixes a flange 6 to an annular plate 8 to prevent the dislodgment thereof. A shaft 12 of the cutter 20 is inserted and fixed to a cylindrical part 11 at the tip of the holder 5 and the cutter 10 is rotated by a motor 3 to execute deburring. The cutter 20 acts to press the burr (a) via the elastic member 4, thus absorbing the deviation in the shape of a casting mold. The surer deburring operation is thus executed. The deburring efficiency is improved in this way.
