Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent an isolating space from dropping by providing a chevron- shaped groove to become a radial vertex at the axial center on the bonding surface of the spacer of a coil supporting plate. CONSTITUTION:A field pole 1 of a salient-pole rotor has a field core 2, and a field coil 4 mounted through an insulating collar 3 on the core 2, and pole pieces 5 are provided on the core 2. A coil supporting plate 7 and an isolating spacer 8 impregnated with adhesive are provided between the coils 4 of the poles 1 arranged at the prescribed interval on an annular yoke 6 in the circumferential direction, and a chevron-shaped groove 9 to become a radial vertex is provided at the axial center on the bonding surface of the spacer 8 to the plate 7. Thus, the spacer 8 is engaged with the plate 7 in the groove 9, thereby preventing the spacer 8 from dropping.
