To improve convenience in writing a diagnostic reading report to breast images displayed on a diagnostic reading screen.

A control part 11 of a report generation management device 10 obtains breast image data and lesion annotation information from an image viewer terminal through a communication part 14. The control part 11 determines a display state of the breast image data and lesion annotation information on a report generating screen (diagnostic reading report writing screen) based on auxiliary information of the breast image data. The control part 11 displays the report generating screen on a display part 13 as the breast image data and the lesion annotation information are displayed in the determined display state.
