A supporting frame for hanging a gardening hanging basket is constructed of a gate type frame body provided with a plurality of supporting columns 2, 2 stood on the ground and a column body arranged in the upper parts of the supporting columns 2, 2 for serving as a lateral beam 3, and the hanging baskets 20, 21, 22 are hung by means of a plurality of wires suspended from the lateral beam 3. A plurality of ring-shaped annular rings are arranged on the outside faces of the hanging baskets 20, 21, 22, while a swing prevention wire 40 stretched horizontally between the supporting columns 2, 2 is passed through the annular rings, and by means of a drip tube 17 suspended from a water supply pipe 6 arranged on the lower face of the lateral beam 3, water is supplied to the soil inside the hanging baskets 20, 21, 22.
