Abstract:
PURPOSE:To assure sufficient elastic force by blanking slots in such a manner that springs are formed to an S shape and projecting the springs to one side of a plate material so as to gradually increase the surface height of the springs. CONSTITUTION:The springs 8 are formed to the S shape when the plate material is blanked with U-shaped slots 15 oppositely to each other. Further, the springs are formed to project to one lateral face side of the plate material. Since the springs are formed to project to one lateral face side of the plate material, the overall length of the springs 8 is long and the elastic deformation quantity increases correspondingly. The springs 8 are successively taller than the surface of straps 13 nearer the central part 8m. A space 8a is eventually formed between the springs 8 and the straps 13. The space 8a functions as a water path for the cooling water flowing in the supporting grid and the cooling water receives less resistance by the springs. The sufficient elastic force is, therefore, assure even if a zircalloy material, etc., having low mechanical strength are used.
