PURPOSE: To facilitate heat insulating execution and to improve the working efficiency by attaching supporting members on the upper side of sleepers between floor joints with an adhesive, and then, inserting plate-form heat insulating members between floor joints to load on the supporting members, and placing the heat insulating members between floor members and the supporting members.
CONSTITUTION: On sleepers 6 between floor joints 5, supporting members 4 are attached with an adhesive 1, plate-form heat insulating members 3 are inserted between the floor joints 5 and held on the supporting members 4. Then, the heat insulating member 3 is formed of a plate-form foamy synthetic resin plate, and the width almost equal to the interval between the floor joints 5 and the length to be set extending between sleepers 6 are given to the heat insulating member. And after the heat insulating members 3 are set, they are inserted between the supporting members 4 and the floor members 7, and the floor members 7 are installed on the floor joints 5 to finish the work. As a result, the heat insulating members 3 can be loaded and held in the composition easily by using the adhesive 1, and the execution is facilitated and the working efficiency can be improved.
