PURPOSE: To obtain a supporting plate for a mechanical filter possible for automation with improved reliability by forming a cut and rise to a vibrator supporting plate made by a unidirectional shape memory alloy deformed by temperature at a position supporting a supporting line of the mechanical filter in opposite symmetry.
CONSTITUTION: The cut and rise 9 is formed at a part fixing the supporting wire 3 of the vibrator 1 in opposite symmetry in a couple of vibrator supporting plates 8 made of the unidirectional shape memory alloy and the assembly is provided to a prescribed position of a terminal board. While the vibrator 1 is placed so as to the supporting wire 3 to be pressed into contact onto the cut and rise 9 in opposite symmetry, when the assembly is heated in a heating furnace (not shown in figure) at 80∼100°C, the cut and rise 9 is deformed to fix the supporting wire 3. The cut and rise 9 keeps the deformed state even when the assembly is taken out of the heating furnace and kept under room temperature.
