Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a boiler horizontal heat transfer tubes for reducing thermal stress to a supporting part and obtaining a structurally stable hanging structure.
SOLUTION: The supporting structure of the boiler horizontal heat transfer tube supports horizontal heat transfer tubes 11, 12 of a secondary superheater 2 and a primary superheater 3 of a boiler for recovering steam by a hanging tube 6 hung down from an upper part of the boiler, wherein high temperature gas is introduced from an upper part, and the secondary superheater 2 and the primary superheater 3 are sequentially arranged from the upper part. Only the horizontal heat transfer tube 12 on a lowest stage of the primary superheater 3 is fixed on the hanging tube, and the other horizontal heat transfer tubes 11, 12 of the secondary superheater and the primary superheater are sandwiched so as to slide in a tube axial direction.
