To provide a supporting structure in which a flexible support object is supported while the object is keeping almost the same shape as a predetermined shape in any folded state when the object is bent or stretched.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a support structure for supporting a support object by a first attachment unit, a second attachment unit, and a third attachment unit, the structure including: the first attachment unit to which a flexible support object is attached; the second attachment unit apart from the first attachment unit, to which the support object is attached; the third attachment unit for constantly supporting a portion of the support object which is hung between the first attachment unit and the second attachment unit; and attachment units supporting means for supporting the first attachment unit and the second attachment unit so that a relative position of a first straight line to the third attachment unit and a relative position of a second straight line to the third attachment unit remain steady even after a first rotation and a second rotation are made, the first rotation being a relative rotation which the first attachment unit makes around the first straight line to the third attachment unit and the second rotation being a relative rotation which the second attachment unit makes around the second straight line to the third attachment unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
