CONSTITUTION: An oscillating motor 23 is installed in a mounting frame 22 fixed to a wall or the like, a bearing for supporting a drive shaft 6 rotatably driven by the motor 23 is installed, drive arms 4, 5 are fixed to both ends of the shaft 6, an angle setting motor 7 and a shaft rotatably driven by the motor 7 and fixed to a rotary plate 1 to support it are installed at one of the arms 4, 5, and a shaft having an electromagnetic brake 11 fixed to the plate 1 to support it at the other of the arms 4, 5 are installed. A blackboard, a whiteboard, a notice board, a screen, a mirror are selectively disposed on the front and rear surfaces of the plate 1.
