In the supporting units for the compressor, the main body of the compressor, wherein a rotary compressor portion is installed, is supported by a plural number of legs, which are extended from the main body and shooting out in all directions (or shooting out like the sporkes of a wheel), are fasten with bolts on the base plate by interposing elastic material members between them, and the elastic material members are shaped in a spiral form, so that the force to rotate the main body of the compressor is decreased by the force to twist the elastic material members of spiral form, and the force in up-and- down directions is reduced by the elastic force of the elastic material members, so that the vibrations of the main body of the compressor are effectively prevented and the noises can be also controlled.
