CONSTITUTION: An input electrode pair 2, an output electrode pair 3, an earth electrode 5 and an undesired reflection wave absorbing member 6 are provided to the front side of a piezoelectric, substrate 1 and a reflecting electrode 4 in crossing with a tilt in the propagation direction of a surface acoustic wave is provided to the front side of the piezoelectric substrate 1 under the undesired reflection wave absorbing member 6, the surface acoustic wave is absorbed by the undesired reflection wave absorbing member 6 and reflected in a direction different from the propagation direction by the reflection electrode 4, then the piezoelectric substrate 1 is made small.
