Abstract:
To provide a surface acoustic wave filter of a ladder type in which an extension of a passing bandwidth and an improvement of suppression degree outside the passing band are simultaneously attained.
This surface acoustic wave filter is formed by connecting a 1st one-terminal pair surface acoustic wave resonator providing a prescribed resonance frequency to a parallel arm and a 2nd one-terminal pair surface acoustic wave resonator providing a resonance frequency almost coincident with an anti-resonance frequency of a 1st resonator to a series arm. In this case, 2nd one-terminal pair surface acoustic wave resonators R2, R2 are connected in series with the series arm 61 and an inductance (LS) is connected in series to the connection.
