Title:
METHOD FOR CONNECTING ELECTROLYTIC CELL CONDUCTORS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3220094
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for connecting the electrolytic cell conductors by which the variation in current distribution in an electrolytic cell is eliminated in the terminal electrolytic cell at the furthest end of the electrolytic cell block, and consequently, the variation in the weight of electrolytic copper is eliminated.
SOLUTION: The terminal electrolytic cells An and Bn of the electrolytic cell blocks A and B are longitudinally arranged in a line, and the terminal bus bars 11A and 11B of the terminal electrolytic cells An and Bn are electrically connected to each other through plural conductors 21a to 21h arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the terminal electrolytic cells An and Bn.
