PURPOSE: To easily remove a liquid phase attached to the surface of a solid phase by cleaning the surface of the solid phase blowing a heated inert gas on the surface of the solid phase obtained from a pressure crystallization.
CONSTITUTION: In order to remove a liquid phase attached to the surface of a solid phase obtained from a pressure crystallization, the surface of the solid phase is cleaned by spraying of an inert gas or a high purity liquid consisting of solid phase components. The above-mentioned inert gas and the high purity liquid of the solid phase components are heated at least to their boiling points, and therefore, the liquid phase on the surface of the solid phase does not solidify, and the liquid phase is discharged smoothly from the system without the danger of the liquid phase to be solidified by drain tubes. Therefore, the liquid phase attached on the solid phase obtained by the pressure crystallization can be removed easily.
