Abstract:

To provide surface coating by which an underlying coating omnidirectionally reflects omnidirectional incident light, which improves a difficulty in seeing a coated surface due to directions of night lighting for road signs or the intensity of illumination caused by a diffuse reflection of transparent and colorless crystal powders mixed in transparent and colorless paint, or a difficulty in seeing a coated surface due to the reflection from a water surface upon rainfall.

Provided are shining coating surface paint prepared by mixing the transparent and colorless crystal powders 8 such as glass or acrylic in a transparent and colorless coating agent, and the surface coating 5 using the same. The use of a diffuse reflection characteristic of the crystal powder facilitates the visualization of the underlying coating.
