To provide a surface cover of an electric lighting fixture which expresses a light part in electric light by putting in brilliance of actual light in a light part in a photograph or a picture, which is normally expressed in picture techniques of brightness and chroma or photo projection or the like, as for parts corresponding to light in a photograph or a picture of a night scene, the night sky, fireworks, stars or the like.

A photograph or a picture of a night scene, the night sky, fireworks, stars or the like is printed on the surface cover of the electric light fixture, and through-holes are made at parts lit with lighting, fire, the stars or the like of the photograph or the picture printed, through which, light of a fluorescent lamp or a light bulb is irradiated, and the light parts in the photograph or the picture are changed into electric light to express the photograph or the picture of the night scene or the like as real as it were.
