Abstract:
To provide a method for providing a different gross in surface covering without having two separate curing processes and to provide a surface covering prepared by this method.
The surface covering has (a) a surface covering substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface, (b) a primer lying over a part of the top surface of the surface covering substrate, and (c) a top coat lying over the primer and a substantially whole of the top surface of the surface covering substrate, wherein the top coat lying over this primer has a lower gross level than a gross of the top coat without lying over this primer.
