Abstract:
To carry out a surface finish with high roughness in order to improve the wear resistance of pump parts.
Negative poles 3, 4 are arranged around and inside the pump parts 1 made of stainless steel and after dipping them in an electrolytic solution, a voltage is impressed between the pump parts 1 and the negative poles 3, 4 and the surface of the pump parts 1 is polished electrolytically. Thereby, many currents are streamed by the projection part of the surface of the pump parts 1 and Fe ion is dissolved out and flattened and also as the surface of the pump parts 1 on which Fe ion is dissolved becomes Cr rich, wear resistance is improved extremely. The pump efficiency is improved by flattening of the surface of the pump parts.
