Title:
SURFACE FRAME MEMBER FOR STEEP SLOPE REINFORCING EMBANKMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1171759
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost while retaining the weather resistance of a surface frame member by binding multiple long and narrow rigid plates that are stacked while keeping their edges in close contact or with a clearance provided between them with connecting vertical members, and connecting nearly horizontal ground- touching portions at the lower end at a prescribed angle. SOLUTION: A surface plate 30 is formed by arranging long rigid plates formed of coil-shaped extra thick plated steel plates side by side with a clearance between them, and joining the rigid plates by covering both edges with connecting vertical members. Bed rock materials 33 made up of extra thick zinc plated steel plates are provided at the lower end of the two connecting vertical members 5, bracing plates 51 are provided between the connecting vertical members 5 and the rock bed members 33 and are kept at an angle, the centers of the rock bed materials 33 are connected by a horizontal connecting material 7 as a ground-touching portion 6. Use of the rust resistant extra thick galvanized steel plate provides sufficient weather resistance and use of slender materials in an effectively superposed state enables mass, high- speed and energy-saving production and cost reduction.
