Abstract:
To provide a surface lighting device for inspection capable of easily performing wiring of a power source, while keeping fixed uniformity of radiated light in a wide range, even when a thin surface mounting type light emitting element is used.SOLUTION: A surface lighting device 1 for inspection includes: a light emitting substrate body 3 which has a light emitting element array part 31 on which a plurality of light emitting elements 31a are two-dimensionally arrayed and surface-mounted on a substrate 30 and two power source terminal parts 32A, 32B formed on the substrate 30, and on which a first cutout 33 is formed in the vicinity of the two power source terminal parts 32A, 32B and at a part of an end part of the substrate 30; a reflecting mirror 4 which is provided in the periphery of the light emitting element array part 31, and in which a second cutout 41 is formed at a part of a lower part; and two power source wiring cords 5A, 5B. The two power source wiring cords 5A, 5B are connected to the two power source terminal parts 32A, 32B by passing through the second cutout 41 of the reflecting mirror 4 and the first cutout 33 of the substrate 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
