Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loading of foreign matters together with water from an intake. SOLUTION: In a surface jet propelling boat, a water stream duct 11 via which an intake 11a open to a ship's bottom is communicated with an injection port 11b open to a stern is provided and a water injection propeller 12 is provided on the way of the water stream duct 11. A screen 34 is also provided, which is formed with plural inclined grating materials 33 inclined downward from the intake 11a and protruded from the ship's bottom.
