A reflection sheet 721 made of a three layer stacked film which interposes a conductive film 725 covers the back surface of a light conducting plate 701, and is bent in the peripheral part and covers a tubular light source 711. The reflection sheet 721 also acts as a lamp reflector for the tubular light source 711. In order to suppress leak current, the conductive film 725 of the reflection sheet 721 is eliminated on the upper side and the outer circumferential side of the bent part.
