Abstract:
To provide a surface material keeping small the difference between temperatures of insides of an external facing material, a building and an outdoor unit and the atmospheric temperature throughout a year.
The surface material 50 is provided with a heat-insulating material layer 51 having a prescribed heat reflection property, and is composed by laminating a thermochromic material layer 54 having characteristics of reduced transparency following the lowering of surrounding temperature on the heat-insulating material layer 51. Preferably, the thermochromic material layer 54 turns black following the lowering of the surrounding temperature.
