Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve both shielding and adhesive properties by using a hydrophobic film which has a specific ratio or above of the distortion in the thickness direction under prescribed pressurization.
CONSTITUTION: The surface material is formed of the hydrophobic film 1. This film 1 is shaped to have peaks 3, bottoms 4 and walls connecting these parts and apertures 6 exist in at least part of the walls 5. The distortion of the hydrophobic film 1 formed in such a manner under 50kg/cm2 pressurization is ≥40%. The many recesses consisting of the bottoms 4 and the walls 5 are formed by embossing and perforating over the entire surface of the film 1.
