Title:
SURFACE-MODIFIED INORGANIC OXIDE PARTICLES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ORGANIC-INORGANIC COMPOSITE PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015212314
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface-modified inorganic oxide particles excellent in dispersibility and a method for producing organic-inorganic composite particles using the inorganic oxide particles.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the surface-modified inorganic oxide particles each having an organosilicon group represented by general formula (1) and an organosilicon group represented by general formula (2) on the surface of an inorganic oxide particle. In the formulae, Rand Reach represent a single bond bound to the surface of the inorganic oxide particle, a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl group; Rrepresents -CH-, -O-, -NH-, -NCH-, or -NCH-; Rand Reach represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group; X represents a halogen atom; n represents an integer of 1-10; and Rrepresents an organosilicon group different from the organosilicon group represented by general formula (1) and may contain a halogen atom.
