Abstract:
To improve water repellency, slip properties of a surface modifying film formed on an anti-reflection coating.
This method synthesizing an alkoxy silane compound having a perfluoropolyether group from the perfluoropolyether having carboxy groups on both ends, uses the perfluoropolyether including ≤18 wt.% of a fraction of molecular weight ≤4,500 obtained by a molecular weight fractionation of the perfluoropolyether having carboxy groups on both ends. The surface modifying film 3 is obtained by coating the surface modifying film composition dissolving the synthesized alkoxy silane compound in a fluorinated hydrocarbon-based solvent to the anti-reflection coating 2.
