Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a ready-mix concrete of accurate slump by calculating a correction value of the surface moisture content of aggregate from the deviation value between the slump value of a standard graph and the slump value in determining the slump of the measurement graph.
CONSTITUTION: When a kneading material is started to be fed in a mixer, electric power value or torque value of a mixer motor is displayed in a trend graph (a measurement graph) so that the deviation value (slump deviation value) DS of the last slump value of the measurement graph from a slump value of the standard graph is found. Secondarily, after the moisture deviation DM is calculated by an equation, DM = coefficient × primary water specified mixing value × DS based on this deviation value DS, the aggregate surface moisture content correction value DH is calculated by an equation DH=100×DM/(S1, S2, S3, S4,...) (S1, S2, S3, S4,... are specified mixing values of aggregate). When this correction value DH is interlocked with a measurement control panel, the aggregate surface moisture content is automatically corrected into appropriate surface moisture content so that the ready-mixed concrete of an appropriate slump can be produced.
