Abstract:
To provide a surface-mounting coil device with superior electric characteristics and productivity, and to provide its manufacturing method.
The surface-mounting coil device is formed by sealing with resin a coil element, made up of a coil winding having a drawing line provided at a magnetic core with a jaw part on each end, while a drawing line and connection outer terminal are connected with each other. The resin is made of thermoplastic resin containing magnetic powder, containing average grain size of 5 to 15 μm, of 65 to 75 wt.%.
