Abstract:

To obtain a new electronic device by a structure, where the device body has a pair of terminals connected with a first electrode plate on a first ceramic layer and one terminal connected with a second electrode plate on a second ceramic layer.

Each of first electrode plates has a plurality of electrode plates formed on the surface of a first ceramic layer, while being juxtaposed and a main plate formed between a pair of tab parts which are extended to respective pairs of side face terminals and connected electrically therewith. Each second electrode plate is formed as a single electrode plate on the surface of a second ceramic layer and has a main plate formed between a pair of tab parts traversing the first electrode plate. The tab parts are connected electrically with respective terminals 20, 22. A part of the first electrode plate is formed of a co-firing resistive material which contains a metal oxide and glass frits.
