An optical housing 3 (cladding) and a waveguide path 4 (filling core) V-bent in the optical housing 3 (cladding) form a micro optical path. Light incident on an interface between the waveguide path 4 (filling core) and the optical housing 3 (cladding) is absorbed, so that light propagating in the micro optical path is only straight light. The angle of the bend of the waveguide path 4 (filling core) is an SPR angle of a trace substance showing a mass change by coupling and dissociation at a sensor chip 2. The straight light propagating in the micro optical path is composed only of light of the SPR angle of the trace substance.
