Abstract:
To provide a surface plate for a device capable of enhancing the natural frequency without shape restriction, and also, capable of realizing the weight reduction in the surface plate for a device.
The surface plate 1 for a device has the upper face as a mounting face on which an object is mounted and a plurality of side faces 105 surrounding the upper face. At least one of the side faces is inclined toward the center of the surface plate for a device. Consequently, the weight reduction of the surface plate can be realized, and simultaneously, the natural frequency can be enhanced.
