This plate-like surface plate 12 opens and closes an opening part 11 of the fittings 1. A belt-like covering member 30 is stuck to at least one butt end surfaces 12a to 12d among the four-side butt end surfaces 12a to 12d of the surface plate 12, and a recessed part 30a for opening and closing the surface plate 12, is arranged in the covering member 30. The recessed part 30a is arranged over the whole in the longitudinal direction of the covering member 30. The covering member 30 has the same color tone and the grain pattern as a surface of the surface plate 12, and the pattern is arranged over the thick inside of the covering member 30. While the grain pattern is also exposed to an inner surface of the recessed part 30a, roundness is arranged in both side parts of the covering member 30.
