Abstract:
To measure the surface pressure of an object with high precision, even if it is after shipment by reducing measurement errors caused by long-term deterioration and differences in measurement conditions by allowing calibration to be performed at an arbitrary timing.
A virtual load is applied to between the outer conductive wire rod 11 and the inner conductive wire rod 12 of a pressure-sensitive member 1 by a calibration means 4, and on the basis of the detection result of an electrical resistance detecting means 2 at that time, a pressure calculation formula (calibration data) is obtained.
