Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a recessed part profitable to form a oil film on the rolling surfaces of cylindrical parts.
CONSTITUTION: A belt 4 traveling from the supply side to the fetch side of cylindrical parts and a backup metal 7 for pressing the belt 4 against a smooth block 1 are arranged on the smooth block 1 electrodeposited with abrasive grains 2, and when the cylindrical parts 5 are supplied between the smooth block 1 and the belt 4, the cylindrical parts 5 roll on the smooth block 1, so that the abrasive grains cut into the rolling face so as to form recessed parts.
