Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface processing device, an image forming apparatus, and an image forming system that make it possible to reliably provide good fixing quality even when forming a toner image on a final transfer medium.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface processing device processing a surface of a transfer sheet before a toner image is formed thereon, the surface processing device including means for performing surface modification, by discharge or the like, of a surface of a transfer medium before a toner image is formed thereon, and subsequently causing a component having affinity to toner to be adhered to the surface of the transfer medium to improve adhesiveness of the surface of the transfer medium to a toner constituting the toner image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
