Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a molded product which has favorable mold releasability and glossless surface.
CONSTITUTION: A mold surface procssing method for forming fine unevenness on the surface of a cavity part 11 of the mold to make mainly the surface of a molded product glossless on the occasion of vulcanization molding such as transfer of rubber is constituted of a process forming a spherical dimple 15 having the diameter of 10-30 microns on the surface of a cavity part 11 of the mold 10 and a process forming a rigid chromium film 20 by performing a hard chromium plating processing of the surface where the spherical dimple 15 is formed.
