Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a material which recycle and protect a polycarbonate lens in opaque state without exchanging a component.SOLUTION: A polycarbonate lens surface processing material composed of synthetic resin paint, hardening agent, and organic solvent dissolving them is used. A surface processing treatment of the polycarbonate lens is carried out by a polishing process in which a polycarbonate lens is polished, an application process in which organic solvent including synthetic resin paint and hardening agent is applied to the polished polycarbonate lens, a drying process in which drying is performed after the application process, and a final polishing process in which a polycarbonate lens after the drying process is polished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
