To provide a surface-protecting film that can be obtained without detriment to advantages of a co-extrusion method permitting the manufacture with high productivity at a low cost, suffers from no deterioration in pressure-sensitive adhesive strengths of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer caused by migration of a releasing agent or the like, and, even when shaped into, for example, a wound body or the like to cause the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to adhere to the back surface of a substrate layer, allows easy peeling of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer from the back surface of the substrate layer.
The surface-protecting film comprises at least one substrate layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed by co-extrusion, where the outermost layer of one side thereof is the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the substrate layer as the outermost layer of the other side is comprised of a polyamide resin.
