Abstract:
To provide a surface protective film for an optical film, which has excellent antistatic performance, corrosion resistance and low contamination property.SOLUTION: The surface protective film has an adhesive layer formed from an adhesive composition comprising an acrylic polymer and an antistatic agent. The acrylic polymer is a (meth)acrylic polymer prepared by copolymerizing (A) at least one (meth)acrylate monomer having 1 to 14 carbon atoms in an alkyl group and (B) at least one (meth)acrylic monomer having a hydroxyl group without incorporating a copolymerizable monomer having a carboxyl group, and has an acid value of 0.0. The antistatic agent is an ionic compound having a melting point of 30°C or higher and 80°C or lower and being solid at 30°C, excluding an alkali metal salt. The adhesive composition further contains, as a crosslinking agent, a bifunctional or tri- or higher functional isocyanate compound. The adhesive layer has a gel fraction of 95 to 100% and a surface resistance value of 5.0×10Ω/(unit square) or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
