This surface protective self-adhesive sheet is provided wherein a self-adhesive layer 32 of 0.7-25 (N/50mm) adhesion is provided on one side of a polyolefin film as a base material, and a cushioning material sheet consisting of a thermoplastic resin is provided on the other side. The cushioning sheet is composed of a polyolefin film 10, which has a shape capable of constituting a cell-containing structure between the polyolefin film 31 as the base material and a polyolefin film 10 or is a foamed plastic sheet.
