Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the bond properties of a ceramic raw material onto an electrode mainly comprising Ag in the title surface re-oxidized semiconductor ceramic capacitor for restraining the with-time deteriorating in the electrostatic capacity at high temperature and high humidity of the capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: The title capacitor in this invention is provided with an electrode formed by coating and backing the ceramic raw material with and by a conductive paste mainly comprising Ag whereto at least a trace of one kind out of Bi, Cu, Ni, oxide is added.
