To provide a surface structural body having a resin layer formed in a surface layer of a structural material such as a metal, concrete, natural stone or ceramics, which offers a sufficient adhesive strength against a peeling force and other properties such as hardly creating pinholes, less components released to the atmosphere and effects accomplished in a wide temperature range in addition to a forming method for the surface structural body.
This surface structural body is formed in lamination with a solventless epoxy resin primer layer containing a tertiary amine or its derivative and a polyurethane or polyurea layer formed in the surface layer of the structure by the construction method. It is desired to provide a state wherein the solventless epoxy resin primer comprises a resin liquid having an epoxy resin as its main component and a hardener liquid having a hardener as its main component containing 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of the tertiary amine or its derivative per 100 pts.wt. of the hardener.
