Abstract:
To prevent the generation of stripy defects of a printing film generated by the rust of an anilox roll composing a flexographic press at the time of executing printing operation by flexographic printing using an acidic coating solution.
In the production of an anilox roll, the surface of a roll made of iron is deposited with a chromium oxide by a plasma CVD method or a plasma jet spraying method, and after that, the gaps of the chromium oxide film are filled with silica, or after the deposition of a glassy film by enameling, the surface is deposited with a chromium oxide film, or the surface of a roll made of iron is deposited with a chromium oxide film by a reactive sputtering method.
