Abstract:
To provide a surface treated aluminum alloy having an excellent bond durability and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a surface treated aluminum alloy plate 1 having a substrate 2 and an inorganic coating 3, and a manufacturing method of the same. The substrate 2 is composed of an aluminum alloy containing Mg. The inorganic coating 3 includes at least either of a Ti oxide and a Ti hydroxide and at least either of a Zr oxide and a Zr hydroxide. A coating weight of the inorganic coating 3 is 2 - 27 mg/m2 in terms of metal element. A distribution in a concentration of Ti, Zr, and Mg exists in the inorganic coating 3 in a thickness direction. When measured by a glow discharge emission analysis, a sputtering time dTi until a Ti emission intensity becomes a maximum and a sputtering time dZr until a Zr emission intensity becomes a maximum and a sputtering time dMg until a Mg emission intensity becomes a maximum satisfy equations (I) and (II) below. dTi/dMg≤0.4 ...
