Abstract:
To provide a surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet for a cap in which high strength and excellent formability are compatible and adhesion is not reduced even by retort treatment, and which has excellent corrosion resistance as well.
The aluminum alloy sheet has a composition comprising, by weight, 0.05 to 0.35% Fe, ≤0.05% Cu, 0.01 to 0.1% Mn and 1.5 to 2.1% Mg, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and has a tensile strength of 190 to 260 MPa and an elongation of ≥3.0%, and in which a non-porous anodized coating with a porosity of ≤20% and a coating thickness of 10 to 300 nm is formed.
