Abstract:
To provide a metal powder without needs for temporarily baking, having no partial sintering by a preliminary heating and capable of being sintered by radiating EB directly to a state of deposited metal powder.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface treatment metal powder for EB sintering type 3D printer having particle diameter of the metal powder D50 (median diameter) of 10 μm or more, where photoelectron of N is detected at 100 cps (count per second) or more in a multiplex measurement of XPS to the surface treatment metal powder, and no sintering is generated when the surface treatment metal powder is heated at 600°C for 10 minutes under atmosphere of vacuum degree 10Pa to 10Pa.SELECTED DRAWING: None
