Abstract:

To disclose a surface-treated steel sheet that can obtain a processed material that is reduced in residual tensile stress of a fracture surface when being sheared.SOLUTION: A surface-treated steel sheet includes a steel sheet and a surface-treated layer, where at least one of the front surface and rear surface is constituted of the surface-treated layer, the front surface has a frictional coefficient that is at least 1.4 times larger than the frictional coefficient of the rear surface and a difference between the frictional coefficient of the front surface and the frictional coefficient of the rear surface is 0.10 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
