PURPOSE: To obtain a surface-treated steel sheet with excellent processability and coatability by providing successively an Fe-Zn alloyed molten zinc plated layer, an electrically zinc-plated layer and a lubricating film each with a speci fied amt. of adhesive built-up in this order from the surface side of the steel sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A surface-treated steel sheet consists of the first layer 2 consisting of an alloyed molten zinc plating, the second layer 3 consisting of 0.5-20g/m2 Zn plating per one surface and the third layer 4 consisting of 0.1-20g/m2 lubricating film per one surface at least one surface of a steel sheet 1. The alloyed molten zinc plating of the first layer has Fe content of 7-14% and the amt. built-up is 20-100g/m2 per one surface. Excellent crater resistance of the alloyed molten zinc plated steel sheet caused by excellent crater resis tance of the zinc plating layer improves corrosion resistance. In addition, powdering properties of the alloyed molten zinc plating layer is also improved. If a lubricating film is provided, occurrence of flaking when press-forming is performed can be effectively suppressed.
